PENDERGAST’S STEAKHOUSE & BAR VENUE POLICY

Friday 10th May - Free Event T&C's and sign up T&C's

Ticket includes: 1 x welcome drink per person, a selection of Canapé's (served 8pm-9pm), live music, 30% off any beverages purchased (Happy Hour is not on offer on this evening). Two tickets per sign-up subject to availability. Please note this is an event; the full bar and food menu will not be in service. Limited tickets are available. Due to the interest, we cannot contact everyone who signs up. If you are unsuccessful in getting event tickets, we will still email you a 20% off voucher to use in the restaurant. Please note this is not a seated event. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please notify us if you have any access or seating requirements that you would like us to be aware of. Please inform us of any allergies on arrival. This is an over 18's only event, and ID may be requested on entry. We will only be able to allocate tickets to the first 100 people who sign up.

 

Dress Code Policy

Pendergast’s endeavours to create a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. We kindly ask that you adhere to our smart casual dress code when dining with us. This means no shorts, sportswear or beachwear.

While we encourage guests to dress nicely, we understand that fashion preferences vary. Managers will have the final decision regarding the dress code on the day. The Manager's decision is final.

Brunch Bookings

Book our brunch events in advance to avoid disappointment; walk-ins are at management's discretion. Our brunch events are paid for in full when booking (or on entry for walk-ins). Refunds are at management's discretion. Dress code policy applies. Selected food and drink only (listed on our events page at the time of booking). Please drink responsibly. Challenge 25 applies. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary requirements on arrival. Guests must finish your drink before ordering another. Unlimited drinks and three plates from the brunch menu. 90 minutes sitting limit.

Booking Confirmation Policy

We will send you an email confirmation as soon as you book. Following this, we will send you a second email asking you to confirm your reservation between 24-48 hours before your reservation time (if you opt-in, you will also receive a text message on the morning of your reservation as a reminder). If we haven’t received your confirmation by this method, we will call you to remind you.

Please note that if we don’t receive confirmation after the above attempts, we may release your table on the day of your reservation.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

Cancellation and No-show policies are given at the time of booking. Please ensure you read our policy before making your reservation.

Group Booking Policy

For all group reservations of 8 plus guests, a £20 per person deposit is required to secure the booking. If a deposit isn’t received, the booking will not be secured. We do not take provisional bookings.

A two-week cancellation policy is required for group bookings. Any booking that cancel within two weeks of the reservation date will receive the full deposit back. In the case of a cancellation anytime between two weeks and 48 hours before the booking date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. For any cancellation within 48 hours before the booking, no refund will be applied.

Allergens Policy

We are committed to providing and safe and enjoyable dining experience at Pendergast’s. We kindly request that you inform us of any guests with dietary requirements or allergies when making your reservation and when you arrive at the restaurant.

Detailed information on the 14 allergens is available on request. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs. However, we do not record information on any other allergens. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our dishes are 100% free from traces of allergens.

Please note that our team cannot make suggestions on your order before joining us, and our allergen matrix cannot be shared digitally in the case of new updates and ingredients alongside our seasonal menu and specials. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to speak with your server if you have any questions or concerns about our menu.

Dog Policy

We are a team of dog lovers. We are happy to accommodate guide and support dogs for inside dining at our restaurant. However, all other dogs are welcome but must remain in our outside dining area. If you want some water for your dog, just ask. Our staff will be delighted to help.

Child Policy

We welcome children and are delighted to have families dine with us. Our most suitable dining sitting for children is the Sunday Dinner. Please note that we have a limited number of highchairs available and kindly ask that you include children in your booking numbers. Please leave a note on your booking if you require a high chair.

All reservations must have at least one adult aged 18 or over present. Our team have the right to ask for proof of age.

Terms and conditions for all events or pre-bookings are given at the time of booking. Please ensure you read our policy before making your reservation.

Parking

We do not have on-site parking.

The Golden Square underground car park has suitable parking and offers free parking at certain times. For the car park opening times and charges, click here.

Street parking is also available in the surrounding areas (daily charges apply).

BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS 

Like our post, follow our page or tag a friend you would take! Winners will be contacted directly on social media channels. The entry close date will be stated on the social media post. Only one winner per social media platform will be selected. Winners will be selected randomly. You must do one of the actions to be entered into the prize.

PROMOTIONS

HAPPY HOUR

Two for one on selected drinks. Includes Mocktails, Estrella Draft, Twists and House Wine by the glass 125ml. 241 drinks must be the same. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid on Bank Holidays and special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or Father's Day. The offer is at Management Descrecion, and Management has the right to remove the offer at any time. Valid Wednesday & Thursday 5-7PM, Friday & Saturday 9pm-11pm (except bank holidays and special occasions).

Mother's Day Afternoon Tea Promotion

Free bottle of Think Prosecco with any Afternoon Tea booking on the 9th & 10th of March 2024. Pre-bookings only, 72 hours in advance. Minimum two guests per booking (1 bottle of prosecco per 2 guests only). Photos are used for promotional purposes only, and the presentation of the Afternoon Tea stand may differ. Over 18's only. ID will be required.
