As an independent restaurant we’re passionate about supporting our fellow indies. A collaboration of local businesses, all working together, is our vision for Pendergast’s Steakhouse.
Where possible, we cherry pick suppliers in our vicinity who share our love for quality and attention to detail.
That means guests to Pendergast’s not only witness an example of Warrington’s up and coming burgeoning dining scene; but also a showcase of the locality in everything from the take-home deli produce to the artworks adorning the walls.
A table at Pendergast’s Steakhouse isn’t just about premium dining. It’s a steak restaurant experience that supports its community, celebrating the benefits in the local economy.

CA Interior Designs
CA Interior Designs provides creative interiors to private clients and the hospitality sector. Founder Caroline Ascroft is also a fantastic mural artist who is committed to delivering bespoke innovative designs for all her clients. Caroline started her business in 2015 and has designed & managed the refurbishments of multiple commercial and residential projects in the Northwest. As for her mural projects, she's created bespoke designs for garden centres, gyms, offices, golf & football clubs, as well as restaurants. Her biggest mural to date is a 35sqm bespoke design over 5m high for a Spanish restaurant in Wokingham. Caroline is passionate about hospitality spaces creating an experience for their customers and jumped at the chance to paint some murals for Pendergast. Think Wine
Think Wine are a UK-based multi-award-winning company. Their wines are made from Italy in the finest Treviso grapes. All of the wines are 100% vegan and organic. Find out more about Think Wine here
Lost Barn Coffee
The Lost Barn is a micro-roastery located in the Cheshire countryside. Lost Barn uses a hardworking copper coffee roaster and a skilled team who are passionate about ethically sourcing top-quality beans from faraway continents and meticulously roasting them in small batches. Find out more here
Dolton Woods
Rob Dolton from Dolton Wood is a passionate chainsaw artist. Some of Rob’s work can be seen at our venue and is for sale. Rob is very talented and Pendergast’s Steakhouse are proud to partner with him. Find out more here
Turncoat Distillery
Turncoat Distillery is an independent small batch distillery, pushing boundaries on innovation and product curation. Based in the heart of Liverpool’s creative sector, The Baltic Triangle, our exciting core product portfolio has been refined over the past 7 years. You will find four unique gins in our collection, our citrus forward Sicilian Lemon, London Dry with notes of Gentian and Angelica Root, our hopped and spicy Cascade and our unique take on a Pink gin, with all the signature colour coming from fresh fruit.
